• We start the procedure of connecting, provide the adequate legal and organizational conditions.
• We translete the official letters, provide the english-chinese interpreting and prepare the members of the delegation for the right protocol.
• We arrange the entry and outward jouney of the delegations, and we take part in the preparation for the program of the arriving deputation.
• We set the economical and partner connection according to the local situations, and we manage the projects of the industrial investors and entrepreneurs.

According to our plans the twinning relation will comprehend the emergent economic, sport and cultural processes among the settlements and the mutual partner relation will result in close cooperation between the two countries.
